What I enjoyed most about working with Rae is her demeanor:
professional, polite and most importantly, she deals with you in a direct and respectful manner. She listens to your needs and truly does work to fulfill them in a time judicious manner. I gave Rae a list of criteria, about 15 items, that I wanted in my house and she found a place that had all but one of the criterion.
Perhaps the most effective description of Rae’s approach to business is the quote from the previous owners of the house that she helped me buy. There were three presentations from Real Estate brokers in one day and the previous owners said "we decided to sell the house (to Gordon) because of Rae’s professionalism during her offer presentation." Rae treats you like you want to be treated: professionally, with a friendly manner, helpfully with respect.
