When I decided to purchase a residence I saw a big sign saying “Condo Available” and Troy Doty’s number. The particular unit was not what I wanted, but he showed me several others. I pondered the situation for some time and called Troy back on one of them. He handled the purchase to include recommending an efficient mortgage broker.
The whole process was so smooth and stress free that I decided to use him when I bought a house for my daughter. This was a short sale with two banks involved. Again he made the process smooth and stress free. He also helped my daughter obtain good discounts on the appliances needed when she moved in.

In the Fall of 2009 we listed our home in Aloha with Troy Doty via a referral from a VP at West Coast Bank. Although the home was nearly new with many interior amenities, it was on a flag lot that was so tight that you couldn’t get a car in the garage so had to park entry street. It was also in a neighborhood that featured a home directly across the fence from the front porch complete with out of control blackberries, a resident skunk and family of raccoons. Last but not least a horse complete with a pile of …well you get the picture. Troy went to work, listed the house at the right price, utilized his most excellent web site to report and to market. We sold the home in December and now had a new dilemma, where to go. Again Troy’s web site came to the rescue. We were sent updated listings nearly daily on homes that fit our size, price, and area criteria. From that we made our wish list of several homes in Vancouver. Troy personally took my wife out to view a number of homes. After narrowing the choices, I chose #1 on my list of over 20. We made an offer on the day of my first visit, Troy got the offer accepted, the inspection done within a few days and was instrumental in arranging a simultaneous closing with the sale of our Aloha home. They said it couldn’t be done! We moved in with a few days to spare. Troy was there with advise, lend a helping hand and brought a welcome gift.
