Sample wine from over 50 of Oregon wineries while enjoying the tastiest morsels the ocean has to offer at the 9th Annual Portland Seafood & Wine Festival held at the Oregon Convention Center. Friday 2pm-10pm, Saturday 12pm-10pm

February 1 – Worst Day of the Year Run


Wear your favorite costume and join other Portland enthusiasts who enjoy nothing more than running in the rain, wind and cold in the Worst Day of the Year Run.  Race begins at Edgefield in Troutdale.  10am

February 5-9 – Pacific Northwest Sportsmen’s Show


The 2014 PNW Sportmen’s Show is dubbed as the largest sportsmen’s show west of the Mississippi.  Come to the Portland Expo Center and find everything you need and everything you need to know in relation to fishing, camping, backpacking and hunting. Wednesday-Friday 11am-9pm, Saturday 10am-8pm, Sunday 10am-6pm

February 6-9 – Portland International Auto Show


View new, classic, sporty, exotic and eco-friendly vehicles at the Portland International Auto Show held at the Oregon Convention Center.  Thursday-Saturday 10am-10pm, Sunday 10am-7pm

February 6-22 – Portland International Film Festival


Advertised as the largest film event in Oregon the Portland International Film Festival draws audiences of 38,000 viewers as they come to watch 140 international shots. Festival goers can also attend parties and visit with the artists.   Held at the Portland Art Museum.  Times Vary

February 8 – Polar Plunge


Support the Oregon Special Olympics and take the plunge (or watch) by running into the icy cold Columbia River with fellow plungers for the 2014 Polar Plunge.  The plunge takes place at 43rd and Marine Drive.  Registration begins at 8:30am, Events start at 10:15am

February 14-17 – Valentine’s Wine & Chocolate Weekend


Explore the Columbia Gorge alone or with a loved one and visit over 30 wineries in the region for the Valentines Wine & Chocolate Weekend.   Times Vary

February 15 – Zwickelmania


Tour the facilities, meet the brewers and sample various brews as several Oregon Breweries participate in what they call a once–a-year backstage pass known as Zwickelmania.  11am-4pm

February 15 – My Muddy Valentine 5k Obstacle Mud Run


Come down to Lee Farms in Tualatin, Oregon (21975 SW 65th Ave) and participate as a single or as a couple in this muddy Valentines run while also enjoying refreshments, music, food and much more.  8:30am

February 20-23 – Spring Home & Garden Show


The Portland Expo Center hosts the Spring Home & Garden show featuring home improvement vendors, exhibits and garden displays.  Thursday 11am-8pm, Friday 11am-8pm, Saturday 10am-8pm, Sunday 10am-6pm


February 21-23 – Portland Golf Show


Get to know the latest in golf technology and gear as well as getting some free training from golf experts at the Portland Golf Show located at the Oregon Convention Center.  Friday 11-5pm, Saturday 9am-5pm & Sunday 9am-4pm
